With a background that integrates law, taxation, business, technology, and organizational design, Michael brings a rare interdisciplinary toolkit to every engagement. He holds an LLM in Taxation, an MBA, a JD, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science — a foundation that strengthens his ability to solve problems at both the structural and strategic levels. His experience running a law firm and advising organizations across industries reinforces his sharp instinct for aligning operations, financial architecture, and long-term objectives.

With more than two decades of experience in project management and technical design across industries including healthcare, aviation, and technology, Barrett specializes in transforming complexity into structured, high-performance systems.

Barrett’s expertise spans project leadership, organizational strategy, systems design, communications, analytics, and team development. He has a distinctive talent for taking large, multi-layered goals and breaking them down into practical, manageable components — a skill that makes him an invaluable partner for founders, executives, and teams facing pivotal moments of growth or transition.
